James joined Tarkenton Financial in 2024 as Associate VP of Annuity Sales, with a strong background in executive recruiting. In his role, James works daily to connect with financial professionals who need a better experience and better support from their IMO. James works closely with advisors to identify pain points, provide solutions, and show them ways to better serve their clients’ retirement needs by utilizing fixed index annuity strategies. From strategizing on new ways to connect with potential clients, to providing product positioning concepts, to handling all aspects of case design, James ensures that his advisors are equipped for more successful client meetings and more annuity production. James attended the University of the South where he played quarterback, and is currently completing his degree at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. You’ll find James cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and all of Atlanta’s professional teams in his free time.
