Jay Moore is the Marketing Director at Tarkenton Financial, where he has led advisor marketing strategy and business development initiatives since 2012. With more than a decade of experience in financial services marketing, Jay has partnered with hundreds of independent financial advisors and insurance professionals to deliver measurable growth through effective marketing programs.
Jay’s experience spans a broad spectrum of advisor marketing—seminars and workshop marketing, digital and video branding, email marketing, content creation, and more. He oversees Tarkenton Financial’s marketing team and programs designed to help advisors build their brands, attract more prospects, and convert leads into loyal clients.
Jay has learned that successful advisors share three key ingredients: a consistent, strategic process; commitment to their marketing investments; and a support team that drives execution. Under his direction, Tarkenton Financial helps advisors bring these elements together to achieve sustained business growth.
Jay is a lifelong learner with a passion for American history and holds a bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, playing golf, and playing mandolin with his bluegrass band.
